Role Overview

CBM Vietnam (a member of SCG Group) is seeking a high-potential Senior Supervisor – Supply Chain Analysis to strengthen our end-to-end cement supply chain operations across Southern Vietnam.

This position is part of our Future Supply Chain Leader Development Track, preparing the selected candidate to grow into a Supply Chain Manager / Leader of SCG Vietnam in the future.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cement supply chain logistics (inbound & outbound) and possess analytical capability to optimize cost, service level, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1.Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance (plant distribution customer)
• Optimize transportation cost per ton (bulk & bag cement)
• Improve warehouse utilization and inventory turnover
• Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance

2.Inbound Logistics Management

• Manage raw material inbound logistics (limestone, additives, packaging materials)
• Coordinate with procurement and plant operations
• Optimize unloading & storage processes
• Control freight cost and supplier performance

3.Outbound Logistics & Distribution

• Plan cement dispatch (bulk & bag)
• Optimize truck utilization and route planning
• Manage 3PL providers and transport contractors
• Improve delivery lead time and service level

4.Data & KPI Management

• Develop supply chain dashboards
• Monitor cost per ton, transport cost ratio, demurrage cost
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvement actions

5.Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Finance
• Support demand forecasting & S&OP process
• Lead supply chain improvement projects

Qualifications

1.Education

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

2.Experience

• 5–10 years in Supply Chain / Logistics
• Strong experience in Cement or Heavy Industry is highly preferred
• Direct experience in inbound & outbound logistics
• Experience managing 3PL and transportation vendors
• Multi-site exposure in Southern Vietnam preferred
