Trade Marketing Executive (White Cement) - Vietnamese Speaker, CBMV - HCM

Job summary:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to support our sales growth and strengthen brand presence across dealer and distributor channels in the Building Materials industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing programs to support sales through distributors, dealers, and retail stores
• Plan and manage POSM, product displays, and showroom branding at building material shops and dealer outlets
• Work closely with the Sales team to implement promotions and trade campaigns
• Organize customer engagement activities such as contractor meetings, dealer events, and product introduction programs
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the building materials market
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and prepare regular trade marketing reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Good English communication skills
• Good at using Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Having experience in building materials / construction is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel to dealer networks and market visits
• Good planning and analytical skills
