Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for cement products.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealer or customer needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
  • Prepare sales forecast, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities, events.
  • Coordinate with other to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
  • Willing and able to work on a full-time basis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
