Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking care of both existing agents/customers and maintaining a good relationship while developing market trend to new growth opportunities.
  • Manage sale volume and provide the convenience service to our agents/customers in assigned areas.
  • Support customers to align with marketing strategies within each assigned areas.
  • Update the market situation, research and find out the market opportunity to compete with competitors.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customer to be a consulting.
  • Coordinate with planning, logistic and customer service to complete the trading.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing,  Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or above).
  • Experience in Sales will be advantaged.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders

  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable mindset with strong ownership

  • Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, and formulate competitive strategies in dynamic business environments
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive business outcomes

  • Good analytical thinking, planning, and presentation skills

     
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Have driving license
  • Willingness to travel and work upcountry, particularly in the Southern region (approximately 20 days/month) with periodic work in Bangkok (approximately 5 days/month)
