JOB DESCRIPTION – PAYROLL & HRIS SENIOR OFFICER

  • Direct Supervisor: Human Resources Manager

Main Job Responsibilities (Brief)

  • Ensure timely and accurate time attendance records, and update/supervise social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance to ensure employees legal benefits; handle personal income tax matters.
  • Coordinate with all related sections for daily HR operations.
  • Control, update, maintain and utilize employee database records.
  • Handle procedures related to labor contracts and termination.

Job Description:

  • Supervise monthly payroll activities, including updating, adjusting and following up employee time attendance data in HRIS to complete monthly payroll. (20%)
  • Supervise HRIS maintenance and development. (10%)
  • Update and manage employee database and information system. (10%)
  • Handle procedures for employees before employment and upon resignation. (10%)
  • Update data related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and work with governmental officers regarding employees rights and benefits, including sick claims under compulsory health insurance. (10%)
  • Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT) and prepare monthly and yearly tax declaration forms. (10%)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and ad-hoc assignments. (10%)
  • Monitor work schedules of sections as well as units. (5%)
  • Handle and follow up employee claims and payments. (5%)
  • Follow up payments related to tax and insurance to government authorities. (3%)
  • File and control HR documents and manage leave requests. (3%)
  • Prepare employee ID badges. (2%)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. (2%)

Qualifications

  • Education Background: Bachelors Degree or College Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Required Skills: Fluent English (Advanced); Computer Skills (Intermediate)
  • Other Qualifications: Knowledge of Human Resources Management
