Quality Assurance Engineer (Chinese Speaking) - Samut Prakan-based, SCGP (TCSP)

Job Summary

Lead and improve quality assurance systems, product quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee quality assurance activities to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Lead quality system implementation, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product quality performance, customer complaints, non-conformance cases, and quality-related KPIs.
• Analyze quality issues and implement preventive and corrective actions to enhance product reliability.
• Oversee wastewater treatment system operations and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to team members to improve performance and capability.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and quality-related expenditures effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Printing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 2–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Manufacturing Quality, or related fields
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Experience in quality control, product quality analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, printing production, or packaging industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550)
• Good communication skills in Chinese and able to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Willing to work onsite at Thai Container Co., Ltd. (Phraek Sa, Samut Prakarn)
