AP Accountant (Vietnamese Speaker) - SCGA, Vung Tau, HCMC

Reports to: Chief Accountant

Location: First 03-06 months: Long Son Commune (previously Vung Tau). After 03-06 months: HCMC Office

Working time: 8AM to 5PM from Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Job responsibility:

• Review, verify, and record AP invoices accurately and timely in SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting/tax regulations.
• Manage and reconcile AP payments, AP balances and AP clearing including manual, automatic, and direct debit payments, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time settlement.
• Execute and control payment instructions via bank interfaces
• Maintain and well-organized complete payment documentation and support audits, internal controls, and continuous improvement of AP and payment processes.
• Coordinate and reconcile Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) and other tax-related payments with tax accountants, including withholding and reconciliation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
• Minimum 1-3 years in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of VAS, IRFS, Vietnamese tax and accounting regulations.
• Other skills: good communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer including accounting software, SAP-ERP or Automation experience preferred.
