Key Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Admixture, Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Steel, Lubricants and related building materials.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealers or customers' needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Prepare sales forecast, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities, events.
- Coordinate with others to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
- Require fluent communication in English and moderate Chinese.
- Willing and able to work on a full-time basis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
