Job Summary
  • Develop and execute Indirect Category Sourcing Strategies to support business goals and new business models.
  • Manage strategic sourcing activities, supplier portfolios, and commercial agreements to optimize cost, quality, service, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with domestic and regional stakeholders and suppliers to identify sourcing solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories and support new business models.
  • Manage strategic agreements and purchase orders, including market analysis, price negotiation, supplier performance, and contract administration.
  • Evaluate and manage potential and existing suppliers to ensure performance and compliance with procurement policies and requirements.
  • Collaborate with domestic and regional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive SLA development, category management, supplier portfolio management, and SKU rationalization.
  • Identify preferred or new suppliers capable of meeting technical and business requirements.
  • Recommend alternative products or equivalent solutions to enhance competitiveness and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Maintain procurement data and identify opportunities for data quality, system, and process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Procurement or Sales Engineering is an advantage.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and Can Do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong digital literacy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, e.g., Excel or BI Report, is an advantage.
  • Background in the industrial segment is preferred.
  • Good command of Business English.
  • Flexible to travel and work overseas occasionally as assigned.
