Job Summary

Responsible for preventive maintenance (PM) and machine maintenance activities to ensure reliable production operations. Analyze machine performance, optimize maintenance processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and production performance.

Job Description

  • Plan, implement, and continuously improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) system to maximize machine reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment.
  • Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor machine performance and production processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and equipment utilization.
  • Apply TPM principles and process optimization techniques to improve maintenance effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues and support continuous manufacturing operations.
  • Support maintenance projects, equipment modifications, and improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Develop and share technical knowledge with maintenance technicians to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems, including TQM, TPM, ISO, GMP, BRCGS Packaging Materials, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM), machine maintenance, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM), machine troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
  • Familiar with TPM, Process Monitoring, Process Optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Able to analyze machine performance, identify root causes, and implement effective improvement solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and good communication skills.
  • Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
  • Willing to work onsite at Thai Container Khonkaen Co., Ltd. (Ban Haet, Khon Kaen).
