Job description:

  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to develop comprehensive employer branding communication strategies.
  • Design communication plans for the "Organization of Possibilities" initiative, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment.
  • Partner with corporate functions, particularly the HR team, to leverage content for effective brand communication and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the 'ยังไม่รู้สินะ' online program, ensuring impactful internal and external communication.
  • Manage internal communication channel, e-newsletter.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand Activation team to develop diverse internal and external communication materials, such as posters, internal news articles, photo captions, and video clips.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Enterprise Integrated Communication team to manage employer brand content across social media platforms, including strategic social media advertising and sponsored post management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the 'ยังไม่รู้สินะ' Vlog Program to showcase authentic employee stories and company culture.
  • Develop and manage Happy Workplace content to strengthen employer brand visibility.
  • Oversee the Employee Activity Committee to drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful content and experiences.
  • Monitor performance and continuously enhance employer branding strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Employer Branding, Content Creation, or Marketing (Welcome for New graduates)
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills (video, social media, digital content)
  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of employer branding trends.
  • New generation insight analysis.
  • Excellent Internal & external Communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across teams.
