Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies tailored to brand goals, audience demographics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Content creation and curation: write engaging copy, curate visual media, draft media, draft video scripts, and design graphic assets tailored to platforms like Facebook & TikTok.
  • Content scheduling and calendar management: maintain a dynamic editorial calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal trends.
  • Community management and engagement: monitor social channels, respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly, foster brand loyalty, and address customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Analytics and performance reporting: track key metrics (reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, conversions), analyze post-performance, and produce regular insight reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Social listening and trend tracking: monitor industry news, competitor activities, viral trends, and brand mention to capitalize on real-time marketing opportunities and mitigate potential PR risks.
  • Paid social advertising (paid media): set up target, manage, and optimize sponsored posts and ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy such as marketing mix, marketing communication strategy, customers' insight empathizing and analysis, and other related methods.
  • Good at project management and self-organizing skills.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage, with willingness to learn new tools to enhance work quality.
  • Self-organizing, enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, positive, CAN-DO attitude, analytical, and teamwork.
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and excited to work in different environments.
  • Good interpersonal communication, team collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Excellent English and Khmer written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Willing and able to work on a full-time basis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
