Computer Graphic Designer (Khmer-speaking), Cambodia-based

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and visual assets that establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
• Create print and digital assets including social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, & email templates.
• Produce graphic components for websites, mobile applications, digital advertisements, and interactive landing pages in collaboration with UI/UX designers and web developers.
• Business incubating and facilitating using renowned tools such as business model canvas, value proposition, flowchart.
• Brainstorm creative concepts, pitch mood boards, draft rough sketches, and present design proposals to key stakeholders.
• Organize, archive, and maintain design assets, raw project files, stock photography libraries, and media repositories.
• Project assignment management with flexibility of working time.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong foundation in design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity systems, plus working knowledge of print production requirements.
• Good at project management and self-organizing skills.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); willingness to learn new tools including AI-assisted design tools.
• Self-organizing, enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, positive, CAN-DO attitude, analytical, and teamwork.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and excited to work in different environments.
• Good interpersonal communication, team collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
• Excellent English and Khmer written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Willing and able to work on a full-time basis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
