Responsibilities

  • Understanding the customers operation and be able to recommend the right product and service of Green Mobility Solution.
  • Customer visits and close deals.
  • Be able to recommend basic technical information of products in line.
  • Provide consultation and basic technical support related to EV vehicles, EV loaders, EV forklifts, and other electric mobility equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to understand usage conditions of engines and EV equipment, and recommend suitable solutions or preventive maintenance approaches.
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams regarding engine systems, battery systems, and equipment performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate to related parties closely to exchange information about market and competitor movement also support Marketing team to create awareness and generates qualified leads.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Related Fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field preferred) with GPAX > 2.70.
  • Good command in English (TOEIC score at least 550).
  • Basic knowledge of engines, electric vehicle (EV) systems, battery technology, or industrial equipment (e.g., EV loaders, EV forklifts) is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications related to engine performance and EV mobility systems.
  • Good communicator that can explain technical and cost benefits in simple terms.
  • Consultative mindset and analytical skill that be able to understand customers and recommend the right solutions.
  • Customer-oriented mainly is to visit customers, listening, and solving problems with willingness to support.
  • Well managed own schedule with discipline to visit sites, follow up, and manage various type of customers.
