AR Accountant (Vietnamese Speaker) - SCGA, HCMC

ocation: 117 - 119 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC

Working time: 8AM to 5PM from Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Job responsibility:

Daily

• Issue invoices to customers normally
• Issue invoice and make the adjustment minute for adjust invoice.
• Settle all cases of goods return
• Sorting and Keeping invoice attach with DN
• Issue DN cum internal transfer

Weekly

• Issue invoice for sell paper roll
• Issue invoice for sell scrap, fixed assets, other case.

Monthly

• Stock check

Qualifications:

• College graduation in Accounting Major or related field.
• From 1-2 years experience in Accounting.
• Basic Communication in English
• Can sort and keep accounting documents
• Priority experienced about E-invoice
• Priority can use production management software
