Job Description

  • Conduct research and development of Labware & Healthcare Supplies, focusing on microbiological and molecular applications.
  • Perform quality analysis and testing of raw materials, products, laboratory equipment, and related instruments to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
  • Design, conduct, analyze, and document laboratory experiments, research findings, and product development activities.
  • Develop and evaluate new testing methods and analytical techniques to support R&D activities and provide technical consultation when required.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams by evaluating imported products, conducting product quality comparisons, and providing technical presentations and product information to customers.
  • Assist in developing technical documents and marketing materials related to products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of research and product development projects.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in Labware & Healthcare Supplies to support future product development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or any related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
  • Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, laboratory research, or product development.
  • Knowledge of microbiological and molecular laboratory techniques and related testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of laboratory quality systems, biosafety practices, and regulations related to microbiological laboratory management.
  • Ability to analyze experimental data, prepare technical reports, and support research documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a proactive learning mindset.
  • Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
  • Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Ban Pong, Ratchaburi).
