Position Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as explore new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, and supporting sales and business development activities within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Account Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customer accounts to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange and maintain regular customer meetings to understand customer requirements in a rapidly evolving logistics environment.
  • Collect market and customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure new requirements are properly communicated and addressed.
  • Monitor service performance and support the management of customer expectations to ensure agreed service standards are met.

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Support the exploration and development of new business opportunities and potential accounts, particularly in the Southern region, in line with the companys business plan and budget.
  • Keep updated on logistics market trends and propose ideas to improve services or capture new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally to support quotations, service proposals, and onboarding of new customers.

Back Office & Reporting

  • Provide back-office support to the Sales Manager, including preparation of:
  • Contracts and contract annexes
  • Sales and customer reports
  • Billing-related and other commercial documentation
  • Ensure all sales and customer documents are properly prepared, maintained, and filed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Account Executive, or similar roles, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across functions.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the logistics and sales field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working time: 05 days/week
