Production Engineer (ME/EE) - Saraburi-based, SCGP (TCSB)

Support manufacturing operations by monitoring and improving production processes to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and machine performance. Lead improvement projects, optimize production systems, and contribute to automation initiatives while ensuring reliable machine operation.

Job Description

• Monitor and control the corrugated packaging production process to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Support the Production Manager in production planning, daily operations, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead and participate in production improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing performance.
• Analyze production issues and implement solutions to improve process stability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement automation and electrical system improvement projects to support smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize machine utilization and production performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance for production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards throughout manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 0–3 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, process engineering, or related engineering roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production control, or industrial operations.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, automation, PLC, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement and productivity enhancement.
• Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at Thai Containers Group Company Limited (Kaeng Khoi, Saraburi).
