About the job Talent Acquisition Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) - CBMV, HCM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions, including both manufacturing/production and commercial/business teams.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle recruitment for both production/manufacturing positions and commercial/business functions
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and internal referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide market insights, hiring trends, and competitor analysis
- Support employer branding activities to attract high-quality candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar HR roles
- Must have experience handling recruitment for both production/manufacturing and business/commercial positions
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/tools
