Associate Spatial AI Engineer, SCG Digital Office

Job Summary:

As a Spatial AI Engineer within our AI Innovation Center, you will architect the engine that translates 2D sensory data into high-fidelity 3D representations. By leveraging Spatial Intelligence and Computer Vision, you will build a system that understands the physical world and reconstructs it digitally for the next generation of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• AI-to-3D Pipeline: Develop and optimize AI models for 3D Reconstruction (e.g., Gaussian Splatting, NeRF, or Mesh Generation) to transform 2D images into 3D assets.
• Web Graphics Architecture: Architect high-performance 3D viewers and interactive tools using Three.js and React Three Fiber.
• Spatial Logic: Implement complex 3D Mathematics (Linear Algebra, Quaternions, Projection Matrices) to handle camera perspectives, spatial transformations, and coordinate mapping.
• Full-Stack Integration: Build robust Python (FastAPI) backends to handle AI inference and TypeScript/React frontends for seamless user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in AI, Computer Vision, 3D Graphics, or Spatial Computing
• Knowledge of 3D Reconstruction (e.g., NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, Mesh Generation)
• Experience in developing AI/ML models and pipelines for image or 3D data
• Proficiency in Python for backend development (e.g., FastAPI)
• Experience with web-based 3D technologies (React, TypeScript, Three.js)
• Understanding of 3D concepts (camera systems, projection, coordinate systems)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to design scalable systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
