Job Summary: We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to lead product marketing strategies and enhance brand presence at the point of sale in the Building Materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Marketing & Strategy
- Build positioning, messaging, and Go-to-market plans for new products or new market segments or penetration new markets.
- Develop specialized marketing solutions for special projects (work with R&D)
- Develop Cross-selling Strategies and action.
2.Customer Engagement
- Propose and allocate budget for engagement activities (Small Group Events, Trip Tours, Loyalty programs) and coordinate with the Brand team to ensure high-quality execution.
3.Brand Visibility
- Manage the end-to-end process of Shop Signboards, POSM deployment, and premium gifts to ensure brand consistency in the South.
4.Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and fieldwork to understand Mason/Contractor/Dealer insights, identifying gaps and opportunities for new product features or services.
- Channel Efficiency: Analyze and optimize dealer/distributor performance to ensure the right product mix is available for the right segment.
- Identify and penetrate new potential sales channels or niche markets for Mortar products.
5.Performance Analytics
- Assess Channel Performance & Product Mix (sales volume portfolio suitability for each dealer segment) to ensure the right products are offered to the right customers.
- Analyze Cross-selling Effectiveness.
- Consolidate insights from Masons/Contractors and Dealers regarding product performance versus competitors to refine sales tactics and product positioning.
- Measure Strategic Segment Growth: Track penetration and volume growth in targeted niche markets and specialized project channels to evaluate long-term development success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Channel Development
- Proven track record in launching new products (NPD) and managing multi-product portfolios across diverse dealer segments.
- Having experience in Building Materials / Construction
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to dealer networks and market visits
- Good planning and analytical skills
