Asset Performance Engineer - Saraburi-based, SCGP

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and improving machine performance through preventive maintenance systems and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job description

• Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance systems to ensure machine reliability
• Analyze machine breakdowns and operational issues, and work with the team to implement improvement plans
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, waste, and production losses
• Monitor and improve production performance metrics (e.g., OEE, DTP)
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHPs)
• Manage and support TQC/TPM systems and operational excellence practices
• Provide technical knowledge transfer and training to team members
• Execute assigned projects related to maintenance and process improvement
• Coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions for mechanical and electrical equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 0–3 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or related fields (open for new graduates)
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, TPM/TQC concepts, and machine troubleshooting
• Familiar with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Power BI, or related systems
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team
• Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC > 550)
• Willing to work onsite at Thai Containers Group Co., Ltd. (Kaeng Khoi, Saraburi)
