Researcher (Labware & Healthcare) - Ratchaburi-based, SCGP (IPDC)

Job Summary

Research and develop Labware & Healthcare Supplies products to meet customer and business needs. Support manufacturing and commercial teams in delivering competitive product quality and cost while driving research initiatives toward commercialization.

Job Description

• Research and develop new products and solutions for Labware & Healthcare Supplies.
• Initiate and propose new R&D projects aligned with business and customer needs.
• Drive research and product development projects toward commercial applications.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to achieve required product quality and competitive costs.
• Support marketing and business teams in evaluating and selecting suitable products for import and commercialization.
• Apply knowledge of labware, medical devices, science, and engineering to product development and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and product development.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and working efficiency through technology and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomolecular Science and Engineering, Industrial Microbiology, or other relevant fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Labware, Healthcare Supplies, Medical Devices, R&D, or related industries.
• Knowledge of Labware, Healthcare Supplies, and/or Medical Devices.
• Good understanding of scientific and engineering principles related to product research and development.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate R&D initiatives into commercial applications.
• Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at Innovation and Product Development Center, SCGP (Ban Pong, Ratchaburi).
