Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented HR Supervisor to be responsible for the efficiency operations and manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage end to end for recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview, salary offer,...
-Deliver onboarding & orientation programs for new hires.
Compensation & Benefits
- Responsible for all process for monthly payroll, declare compulsory insurance & extra insurance.
- Make income tax reports, yearly tax settlements.
- Make monthly sales incentive payroll
- Monitor labor contracts, employee database, promotion, bonus decision, performance evaluation process
Training & Development
- Propose training programs to enhance employee's skills and competencies
- Organize and implement Training & Development programs alignment with company objectives
- Oversee training operations and ensure the quality of training programs, meeting all training KPIs
Employee Engagement
- Advise the management on changes/solutions to improve HR services and enhance the inspiring working environment when necessary.
- Join in organizing company's events, employee activities, team - building, games, training, recognition programs,... *Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduated with Bachelor in HR management
- Having around 4 years working in HR field, especially as HR General
- Strong experience in recruitment and C&B
- Good at English
- Good at computers, details with numbers
- Skillful communication, careful, hard-working
- Progressive spirit and eager to learn
- Have experience for building HR strategy & data analysis.
