Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategy, roadmap, and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts using digital technologies and automation
  • Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Manage and oversee major transformation projects (e.g., ERP, Supply Chain Digitalization, Data & Analytics, Automation)
  • Prepare and evaluate business cases, feasibility studies, and investment analyses for digital initiatives
  • Monitor project performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization
  • Design and track KPIs and dashboards, reporting progress to senior management and relevant committees
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems and processes
  • Build digital, data, and process capabilities across teams and business units
  • Establish and enhance governance frameworks for digital and IT across the organization

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields
Experience & Knowledge
  • Proven experience in Digital Transformation, IT Project Management, or Business/Process Transformation
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Operations, or ERP systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, and investment analysis
  • Experience working with senior management and steering committees
