Job Description
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategy, roadmap, and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts using digital technologies and automation
- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to translate business needs into digital solutions
- Manage and oversee major transformation projects (e.g., ERP, Supply Chain Digitalization, Data & Analytics, Automation)
- Prepare and evaluate business cases, feasibility studies, and investment analyses for digital initiatives
- Monitor project performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization
- Design and track KPIs and dashboards, reporting progress to senior management and relevant committees
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems and processes
- Build digital, data, and process capabilities across teams and business units
- Establish and enhance governance frameworks for digital and IT across the organization
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation, IT Project Management, or Business/Process Transformation
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Operations, or ERP systems is a plus
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and investment analysis
- Experience working with senior management and steering committees
