Chinese Interpreter, Upcountry-based (Contract)

Responsibilities: 

• Translate between Chinese and Thai (both spoken and written) in meetings, on-site, and for technical documents. 
• Facilitate communication between Chinese engineers, Thai contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate understanding. 
• Translate manuals, drawings, reports, and technical documents related to electrical, mechanical, structural, or power plant systems. 
• Support the project management team with documentation, including translation of production, installation, and machinery testing information. 
• Coordinate general tasks with the construction team and report project progress to supervisors 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field of Chinese / Thai Language, or other related fields.
• Welcome new graduates to apply. Fluent in Chinese / Thai, both written and spoken. 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Strong communicate and written skills in Chinese Strong observation, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare contingency plans and work logically through complex issues in a high-paced environment and under pressure. 
• Able to work at Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat or Doi Saket, Chiang Mai.
