  • Working location: Xuan Hoa Ward (previously District 03), HCMC
  • Working time: Monday – Friday (05 days/week)
  • Report to: Sales Manager

Position Overview:

  • The primary responsibility is to identify and develop new customers and explore business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • The role also provides back-office support to the Manager, including documentation, reporting, billing, and customer-centric programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers in logistics services (freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, etc.)
  • Develop and expand business opportunities to meet sales targets and company growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Candidates with an existing customer portfolio are highly preferred

Customer Relationship Management

  • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to understand customer needs in a dynamic logistics environment
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design suitable logistics solutions and service models
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, appendices, and related reports under the Manager's supervision
  • Support documentation and sales-related administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; major in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales within Logistics / Freight Forwarding field (equivalent experience is acceptable)
  • Having an existing customer base is a strong advantage
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Result-driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good command of English (especially for working with international clients/agents)
