We use first-class manufacturing technologies that are aligned with international inspection standards to produce higher quality and finer and stronger packaging paper.
Position brief:
As a Sales Executive at VKPC, you will play a critical role in driving our market presence and sales volume by engaging effectively with current and prospective clients, primarily targeting Chinese-speaking markets. This position demands a proactive approach in various facets of marketing and sales, customer relationship management, market analysis, and service coordination.
Working location: An Phu Plaza, 117-119 Ly Chinh Thang, Xuan Hoa ward, HCMC
Working time: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales: (60%)
- Effectively present and introduce VKPC's company profile, product portfolio, and applications to clients.
- Offering & following up sales according to company's target.
- Visiting customers regularly and scheduled.
- Seeking for new customers and also developing new market.
- Following up customers' payment.
Surveying, Analyzing, and Reporting: (25%)
- Surveying, analyzing and reporting market situation such as demand, market price, etc, and updating customer and competitor movement regularly.
- Collecting competitor samples regularly.
Coordinating and Service: (10%)
- Providing technical service, claim and complain responsiveness.
- Doing any documents related to sales & marketing.
- Coordinating and being able to advise delivery schedule.
Others: (5%)
- Adhere to company's operational procedures and systems.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paper or packaging industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (HSK 4 or above).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Exhibits a professional demeanor, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative.
