Full Stack Engineer (Business Analysis Focus) - Qonnect (SCG's Subsidiary)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions
• Design system workflows and propose practical, scalable solutions
• Prepare technical specifications and related documentation
• Develop simple features and enhancements based on business needs
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing production systems
• Perform system maintenance and support ongoing operational stability
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of solutions
• Provide technical support and coordinate across business and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Good understanding of web architecture, APIs, and overall system logic
• Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript and related technologies such as Node.js, Express, Vue.js, or similar frameworks, with the ability to read, maintain, and develop simple features
• Ability to query and analyze data using PostgreSQL or MySQL for troubleshooting and investigation
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting existing production code
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution
