Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Lam Dong for the cement business sector, responsible for driving sales volume, maintaining customer relationships, and managing key accounts including dealers, distributors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for sales performance in the assigned area
- Monitor and ensure the company's brand image across distribution channels
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned area (dealers, distributors, contractors, etc.)
- Propose business development activities to drive area growth and achieve sales targets
- Develop and expand distribution channels in the assigned territory
- Support in resolving customer complaints within the assigned area
Qualifications:
- Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and data
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar position
- Must have experience in the building materials industry
- Strong market understanding with good consulting and persuasion skills
- Good customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Planning and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel for business trips
- Ability to work independently
