The Bancassurance Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes for bancassurance partnerships. This role focuses on coordinating with bank partners, managing documentation, and supporting compliance and service delivery. Key responsibilities include sales and commission reporting and tracking, conducting regular cadences with bank stakeholders, executing and tracking initiatives, and identifying new opportunities. The Executive will work closely with internal teams and bank stakeholders to resolve operational issues, track performance, and maintain strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1) Partner Coordination

Act as the primary liaison for operational matters with bank partners and conduct regular cadences to review performance and initiatives. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and follow up on agreed actions. Ensure at least 95% of scheduled cadences occur on time and action items are closed within agreed timelines.

2) Sales & Commission Reporting

Prepare, maintain, and validate accurate reports on sales performance, commission payouts, and operational metrics. Perform reconciliation and variance analysis. Achieve 100% accuracy in reports and ensure submission within 3 working days of month-end.

3) Initiative Execution

Support execution and tracking of initiatives aimed at improving bancassurance performance and customer experience. Monitor timelines, report progress, and escalate delays or risks proactively. Ensure 90% of initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and KPIs.

4) Opportunity Identification

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and operational enhancements. Conduct market trend analysis and provide recommendations for growth. Present at least one actionable opportunity per quarter.

5) Compliance & Audit

Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal audit requirements. Prepare audit documentation, assist in compliance reviews, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Achieve zero non-compliance findings in audits and complete corrective actions within agreed timeline.

6) Cross-functional Collaboration

    Work with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing. Coordinate with multiple teams for issue resolution and process improvements. Resolve 95% of escalated issues within SLA timelines.
