Personal data of job applicants

 

Personal data of candidates for the selection process, or job applicants, will be processed in order to facilitate the entire job application journey based on common interests for employment.

 

Upon the end of the application process, the applicants’ personal data is automatically deleted after 365 days counting from the date of application, unless we notify the you about continuation of processing personal data for other purposes, for which we will send you a special consent form.

 

Personal data of job applicants that may be processed:

·         any personal information provided in the job application form, including name and surname, email address, telephone number, cover letter, CV, LinkedIn profile or any other mentioned profile

·         conditions and notes associated with your job application

·         written exchanged electronic communication

 

According to the Personal Data Protection Regulation (EU), we are obligated to inform you that hiding and falsely presenting personal data in your job application may act as a disadvantage in relation to other candidates applying for the same position/competition.
