Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, faxes and mail distribution
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Handle all incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
- Assist Human Resource in event planning
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Prepare and send out HCFA (CMS-1500) claims accurately and timely
- Coordinate and distribute Shock-n-Awe marketing mailers and related promotional materials
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Discretion with confidential information
- Customer service orientation and professional demeanor
