Job Summary:

Your responsibilities will include designing advanced control systems, state estimation algorithms, and robust hardware platforms for both vehicle and robotic applications. Additionally, you will be actively involved in technology scouting to identify and integrate emerging AI advancements that enhance vehicle performance, system efficiency, and intelligent automation.

This role requires cross-disciplinary collaboration to push the boundaries of AI-driven solutions in areas such as motion planning, perception, and predictive analytics. You will work on applying AI models to vehicle systems and components, optimizing performance in areas like energy management, autonomous functionalities, and smart diagnostics. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AI-driven automotive and robotics development, contributing to both software and hardware innovations that accelerate the team's progress toward groundbreaking solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications for electric vehicles, components, and humanoid robotics, leveraging machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • AI Model Training & Optimization: Utilize and refine AI models, including LLMs, for performance enhancement in vehicle systems, robotics, and intelligent automation.
  • Software & Infrastructure Development: Build and maintain AI software infrastructure, including APIs, deployment pipelines, and real-time data processing systems.
  • Humanoid Robotics Development: Implement AI models and control algorithms for robotics, focusing on motion planning, manipulation, perception, and behavior coordination.
  • Hardware & Systems Integration: Design and develop AI-integrated hardware, including sensors, actuators, and embedded systems for vehicles and robotics.
  • Problem-Solving & Optimization: Troubleshoot and refine AI applications for robustness, scalability, and real-world deployment.
  • Technical Communication: Present findings, demonstrations, and reports to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI advancements to drive innovation and best practices.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in AI applications for electric vehicles, robotics, large language models (LLMs), or machine learning.
  • Machine Learning & AI: Strong understanding of ML algorithms, data analysis, and AI model training for vehicle components and robotics.
  • Software Engineering: Proficiency in software development, including coding, testing, and deployment, with experience in real-time simulation tools.
  • Robotics & Control Systems: Expertise in at least one core robotics area:
  • Perception & computer vision
  • Motion planning & manipulation
  • State estimation & behavior coordination
  • Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of spatial kinematics, dynamics, and related mathematical concepts.
  • Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python, C++, and MATLAB.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical details effectively.
  • Teamwork & Innovation: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to AI-driven advancements in vehicles and robotics.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Familiarity with standard robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
  • Expertise in GPU programming using CUDA.
  • Hands-on experience in modeling and programming artificial neural networks for perception, motion planning, or robotic behavior coordination.
  • Knowledge of deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
  • Experience in integrating large language models into robotic systems for advanced behavior coordination and interaction.
