The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the COO, focused on physician engagement, scheduling, and operational strategy.

You'll serve as a key connector between physicians, clinical groups, and healthcare facilities—ensuring strong relationships, efficient operations, and aligned growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead physician engagement, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Oversee physician scheduling and optimize coverage
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and facility partners

• Support negotiations with healthcare administrators

• Partner with executive leadership on operational strategy and growth initiatives

• Identify and implement process improvements across physician operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred
• 3+ years in healthcare administration and physician relations
• Experience in anesthesia or specialty practice management preferred
• Leadership experience with direct or indirect team oversight
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Understanding of healthcare economics and physician reimbursement
