What You'll Do:

Pipeline Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage new stakeholders within existing customer accounts
  • Research and prioritize high-value prospects through market segmentation and profiling
  • Re-engage dormant opportunities to maintain pipeline momentum
  • Execute strategic outbound outreach campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for sales readiness or nurture pathways

Relationship Building & Sales Alignment

  • Act as a consultative resource by answering questions, sharing relevant insights, and guiding prospects through early-stage conversations
  • Partner closely with Sales Representatives to support opportunity progression after discovery calls
  • Deliver thoughtful follow-up communication that drives clear next steps
  • Prepare detailed prospect briefings to ensure seamless handoff to the sales team

Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and refine prospect engagement processes aligned to revenue goals
  • Create compelling, personalized messaging tailored to target audiences and buyer personas
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to execute data-driven outreach strategies
  • Continuously analyze outreach performance and optimize engagement tactics

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales, business development, or field sales experience
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot (email sequencing or similar tool)
    • LeadIQ
    • LinkedIn Sales tools
  • Experience selling or marketing intangible services preferred
  • BA/BS preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
