The Role
As our Office Manager & HR Lead, you'll be the connective tissue between ownership, management teams, and daily operations. You'll help keep everything running smoothly—from people and processes to projects and performance.
You'll work side-by-side with leadership to elevate our restaurants, support our teams, and bring structure and innovation to everything we do.
What You'll Do
- Support sourcing, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Lead hiring and staffing efforts across locations
- Partner with restaurant managers to support daily operations
- Drive improvements in performance, guest experience, and team success
- Maintain and improve systems, processes, and operational workflows
- Assist with menu updates, POS systems, and internal tools
- Manage HR functions, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications
- Support inventory management and quality control initiatives
- Conduct employee reviews and performance evaluations
What You Bring
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and general office tools
- Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset—you don't just spot problems, you solve them
- Motivation driven by growth, results, and continuous improvement
- Ability to build, refine, and maintain systems and processes
- Natural leadership skills with a positive, team-first attitude
- Restaurant or kitchen management experience is a plus
