This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be working the line while guiding the team, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets the highest standards.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and direct kitchen staff during shifts while working a station
  • Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation
  • Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and precision
  • Support complex cooking tasks, including sautéing and finishing dishes
  • Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Enforce food safety standards and proper equipment use
  • Ensure all dishes meet quality, presentation, and consistency standards
  • Check cooler temps and maintain proper food storage practices
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and management to keep service running smoothly
  • Contribute to improving systems, recipes, and kitchen efficiency
