Investment Department Assistant

Social Discovery Ventures, an international IT company with a vast portfolio of social discovery products, is looking for an Investment Department Assistant in Paphos, Cyprus.

Job responsibilities:

• Filling out KYC forms for: banks, providers/agents, regulatory authorities in various jurisdictions, etc.;

• Interaction with the internal audit team, responses to requests, provision of documents;

• Submission of applications for contracts and payments to 1C;

• Preparation of responses, collection of supporting documents for banks/ tax authorities/ other organizations;

• Organization of documents signing by responsible persons;

• Preparation of framework agreements and supporting documents (service agreement, invoices, etc.);

• Sending and receiving mail from/to Cyprus, maintaining an archive of documents;

• Ability to work with a large volume of new information, "paper" work;

• Higher education (completed and incomplete (last courses): legal or economic (education in the field of compliance is welcome);

• Work experience is welcome, but not strictly required.

*Legal/economics education is not strictly: if the candidate has experience working on similar issues with our tasks;

• Languages: English/Russian, Greek is welcome.
