Job Brief

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with a positive attitude to oversee the HR functions and resolve employee-related issues on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices to improve the organization's human resources.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating all job requirements and job descriptions.
  • Establishes a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program to assist the organization's staff.
  • Handle monthly payroll.
  • Handle all documentation pertaining to visas.
  • Organize and maintain filing for the office.
  • Ensure employee wellness and satisfaction.
  • Communicate with vendors and other third-party sources regarding facilities management or other office-related matters.
  • Screen interview candidates in person or by phone.
  • Source and hire top talents.
  • Craft and share issues offer letters to candidates.
  • Perform orientations and presentations to new employees or guests to the company.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the CEO.
  • Update and maintain the company’s online system regarding employee data.
  • Assist upper management in crafting company policies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
  • Past experience as an HR Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Optimistic personality
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Capable of multi-tasking and handling several assignments with time limits
