CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENTRY-LEVEL)

Job Duties: Description of the specific services or labor to be performed. 
 1. Respond to inquiries from potential candidates and clients regarding staffing services, job openings, and other
related information;
2. Responsible for contacting candidates for open positions;
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of both candidates and clients;
4. Coordinate with clients regarding job openings, candidate submissions, and other related matters;
5. Provide customer service to both candidates and clients; and
6. Work with the staffing team to meet staffing goals and targets.
