Responsibilities

  • Support design and review of scam assessment programmes, including scope and criteria development
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, tools (interviews, questionnaires), and data systems
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, transcription, cleaning, and analysis
  • Prepare internal technical reports and academic publications
  • Create presentation materials for training, seminars, and conferences
  • Support trauma-informed practices in victim care and policing
  • Conduct training and assessment for relevant courses
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience in psychology, behavioural science, or forensic/victim support work is an advantage
  • Strong research and project management experience
  • Good knowledge of statistics and statistical software
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches is an advantage

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
