Responsibilities
- Support design and review of scam assessment programmes, including scope and criteria development
- Develop evaluation frameworks, tools (interviews, questionnaires), and data systems
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, transcription, cleaning, and analysis
- Prepare internal technical reports and academic publications
- Create presentation materials for training, seminars, and conferences
- Support trauma-informed practices in victim care and policing
- Conduct training and assessment for relevant courses
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience in psychology, behavioural science, or forensic/victim support work is an advantage
- Strong research and project management experience
- Good knowledge of statistics and statistical software
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches is an advantage
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
