ob Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations at the Community Club over the counter.

  • Assist residents with course registrations and using e-kiosk or counter systems.

  • Provide general administrative support and perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Attend to phone calls and enquiries from residents.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative work preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Immediate)

  • AM Shift: 9:30am – 6:30pm (lunch break 1:00pm – 2:00pm)
  • PM Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (dinner break 5:00pm – 6:00pm)
  • Shifts are based on Community Club rostering.
