About the job Assistant Manager (City Hall)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project support to the team (meeting arrangements, minutes, reports, documentation).

  • Review and ensure project documents are complete and properly filed for knowledge sharing and audit compliance.

  • Assist in developing and improving divisional processes.

  • Manage project databases and compile documents/drawings into standard templates.

  • Support other divisional activities including work planning, finance, meetings, reports, and staff events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in construction projects or related firms is an advantage.

  • Efficient, organised, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Apr 2026 to Mar 2027)

42 hours per week
