About the job Assistant Manager (City Hall)
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and project support to the team (meeting arrangements, minutes, reports, documentation).

Review and ensure project documents are complete and properly filed for knowledge sharing and audit compliance.

Assist in developing and improving divisional processes.

Manage project databases and compile documents/drawings into standard templates.

Support other divisional activities including work planning, finance, meetings, reports, and staff events.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in construction projects or related firms is an advantage.

Efficient, organised, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills.
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
1 year contract (Apr 2026 to Mar 2027)
42 hours per week
