Partnership Executive (Lavender)
About the job Partnership Executive (Lavender)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with 200+ merchants and partners under the PAssion scheme
- Provide daily account servicing and support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly
- Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams for smooth coordination
- Support merchant recruitment, onboarding, and retention (approx. 15% refresh yearly)
- Track merchant pipeline, leads, and agreements to ensure timely follow-up
- Ensure compliance with governance and contract terms
- Support execution of 8+ annual campaigns (e.g. promotions, newsletters, events)
- Coordinate 120+ merchant promotions across campaigns
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years in account servicing, merchant/partner management, or stakeholder coordination
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good organisation and multitasking ability
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM tools is a plus)
- Basic data tracking/reporting skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
