About the job Community Management Executive (Ubi)
Looking for a dedicated Community Management Executive to drive community outreach initiatives, focusing on managing a national emergency response mobile application and engaging stakeholders to equip the public with emergency preparedness skills.
This role is crucial in overseeing the application's day-to-day operations and maintenance, while strengthening partnerships with community stakeholders and exploring new outreach strategies to build a more empowered and resilient Singapore.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to enhance community outreach efforts for emergency preparedness awareness and grow the Community First Responder network

Assist in managing the national AED registry and related initiatives to equip and empower the community with CPR-AED skills

Provide staffing and secretariat support for relevant community emergency and resilience workgroups

Plan and execute community engagement events, including programme launches and appreciation events

Support maintenance and troubleshooting of the mobile application through vendor coordination

Assist in application enhancements (user requirements gathering, feature updates, testing) and update in-app content (e-learning materials, articles)

Draft reports and submissions related to outreach initiatives and community responder programmes

Provide administrative support, including handling public enquiries and feedback
Requirements

Degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field

Comfortable working with data and digital systems

Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Experience in project coordination or systems support will be an advantage
11 months contract (May 2026 to Mar 2027)
42 hours per week
