Manager (Orchard)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for school development projects and review existing school designs to propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.

• Evaluate consultants design proposals to ensure alignment with MOEs operational and maintainability requirements.

• Collaborate with project and contracts teams to review project management processes.

• Manage procurement of construction services and administer construction contracts.

• Work closely with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects.

Requirements

• Relevant background in architecture, building, or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Good knowledge of the building industry and building regulations.

• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Understanding of cost estimation, measurement, and quantification of construction works throughout the project lifecycle.

• Responsible, hardworking, and efficient in completing assigned tasks.

1 year contract (Immediate)
