About the job Manager (Outram)

  • Write impact stories, features, and newsletter content

  • Liaise with patient experts on media consent and releases

  • Manage surveys and data (FormSG, Excel, response tracking)

  • Create digital content: social posts, videos, eDMs, collaterals, website thumbnails

  • Provide administrative support (emails, logistics, documentation)

Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience

  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills

  • Experience creating written and visual collaterals for public audiences

  • Proficient in social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe)

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and analytical

  • Flexible team player able to work in a multidisciplinary environment

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract 

42 hours per week.
