About the job Admin Support cum Receptionist (Tiong Bahru)
- Attend to telephone enquiries, as well as enquiries from parents, students, and members of the public

Take and submit daily reports on students and staff attendance

Support the efficient and effective running of the General Office

Receive goods, arrange for proper storage, and inform relevant parties upon arrival
-
Perform general administrative tasks including typing, printing, and document preparation

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer or school leaders
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Minimum N-Level / O-Level or equivalent
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one other language
-
Relevant work experience in general administration or personnel support is preferred
12 months contract (Mar 2026 to Feb 2027)
Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch
break
Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of
30mins lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
