About the job Admin Support Assistant (Clementi)
- Attend to telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries from parents, students, and staff

Take and submit daily reports on students and staff attendance

Perform general office duties: typing, printing, filing, scanning, and document management

Receive and store goods, notify relevant staff
-
Manage printing requests and maintain equipment
-
Oversee sick bay operations
-
Assist in school events and other duties assigned by school leaders
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Minimum 3 GCE O Level passes, including English and Chinese
-
At least 3 years experience in school office administration
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and translation tools
-
Bilingual with good communication skills
-
Able to multi-task, work independently, and be a team player
12 months contract (Option to extend another year) ( Mar 2026 to Feb 2027)
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
